I wanted to sleep but my mind wouldn't shut off, and my brain just suddenly got into these profound thoughts about thought itself. I started realizing how there’s this other dimension going on inside our heads, one which we're in absolute control of but can barely control since it’s so profound. It was as if I had dimensionally entered my subconscious. I can’t really describe it more vividly, but it was honestly some weird shit. It got somewhat scary when I realized how complex this actually is, and how deep you can actually go with it.

Seeing it all so vividly as if my subconscious mind was somewhere I was physically in, completely changed the game. A space where everything you say or think, does. It’s so powerful, so strong, so dynamic, yet it’s so hidden from our conscious self — which is eventually us every time we’re awake.

Managing our subconsciousness, consciousness, and our minds, in general, is a process of awakening and healing itself. In order to get to that place of mental clarity and awareness, you have to question everything — from the predisposed thought process you’ve grown up with, to the learning and thinking of your current actions and thoughts. You have to internalize with yourself, and figure yourself out. Heal internal wounds that enforce you to act and think a certain way (even if you don’t realize it), contemplate behavioral patterns, and realize internal blockages you’ve mentally grown inside your head.

It’s essentially like learning how to walk again, it’s completely rewiring your mind and training it with a new way of thinking and seeing everything around and inside you. I know there are people in the world with permissible limitations, who live on the surface and don’t internalize as deep — and they get along just fine! Neuroplasticity is a relatively new scientific wave, and understanding it is extremely self-beneficial. It’s like getting a book full of life hacks, everything clicks deliciously. Understanding these fundaments goes hand in hand with the whole holistic wave of self-awareness, self-control, and living in the present moment. It all wraps up to this beautiful way of existing.

You create your reality, your mind is really that powerful. It’s crazy to me how some people are not on this!

These are some of my absolute favorite books on this topic:

  • Meta-Human by Deepak Chopra
  • Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza
  • The Brain’s Way of Healing by Norman Doidge
  • The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy
  • The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra
  • The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

You have to read at least one of them ❤
